About US
S2K Ranches is a small, veteran-owned agricultural enterprise that specializes in grass-fed, grain-finished beef. Our primary goal is to provide a high-quality meat product that is raised as naturally as possible.
Our Mission:
We strive to produce high quality, environmentally friendly, safe, wholesome Angus/Angus-Wagyu Mix beef. Our beef is lifetime free ranging, grass fed, and grain finished. At no time are our cattle placed in a feedlot.
Our Company and Management:
S2K Ranches is located in Lampasas
County. The company is owned and operated by Shawn and Sandra Karr. While neither of us have extensive agricultural experience, Shawn grew up on a hay farm in West Texas and has a big network of ranching friends to lean on. That experience and the guidance of his dad in those earlier years along with his network has led us to have the desire to return to agriculture.
Our Vision:
Our vision is simple—produce a quality product that will be valued by our customers. Our customer
base will begin as friends, family, neighbors, and referrals. As our market base grows, we will increase
production to meet demand: but never outgrowing our ability to provide a safe, wholesome product, while focusing on humane treatment of our livestock and remaining environmentally friendly. We want to incorporate our family values that we feel are important to us. In doing so, we will provide a high-quality beef product.
